I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle through Morrey Nissan of Coquitlam. I dealt with Aaron Walsh who was very approachable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying and took the time to show me how to activate features and patiently ensured all my questions were answered. I have received consistently high service at this location and feel very valued as a customer. All my needs and concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately. Special shout out to Kelvin also. His customer service is excellent and he always gives good, honest advice. I also love that my car is vacuumed and cleaned every time I bring my vehicle in for servicing.
I just made my second purchase of a vehicle from Morrey Nissan Coquitlam, and can’t believe the incredible experience I had. After driving my first purchase for 16 years, it was time for a new vehicle. On Friday I visited a different dealer (for a test drive) and was told that there were no more 2024 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X’s available in the lower mainland. I searched online and found two at Morrey Nissan. My experience with Morrey in 2009 was very positive, so I called on Saturday to see if the one I wanted was really there. I had the amazing good fortune to have my call put through to Aaron Walsh. Forty-five minutes later I met with Aaron and he showed me the truck. I didn’t get a sales pitch, I never felt any pressure. I was given genuine advice, all the information I wanted and more. And every question I asked was answered honestly. And he really went to bat for me with my trade-in. I felt like I was shopping with a friend and that I was a valued individual, not just a customer. I then met with Windy in finance, who it turns out helped me with my last purchase. She was also incredible helping me with financing my vehicle and getting me the best possible prices. I drove away in my new 2024 Frontier Pro-4X that afternoon feeling like I’d been hanging with some really amazing people. I want to thank the entire team that worked with me. I’m only sorry that I’m not likely to need to buy another vehicle for at least 16 years, because I’d certainly call Aaron and Morrey Nissan again.
